The Great Catsby

This is an idea I've been toying round with in my sketchbook for a few months now, the idea is to illustrate my favorite book 'The Great Gatsby' but change the characters of the book into cats. This is the first finished illustration I have done on it and I quite like it so hopefully they'll be more to come.

Villain!

Happy Roald Dahl Day

I usually stay well clear of attempting to illustrate Roald Dahl, because like most people I associate Roald Dahl with the great Quentin Blake, but seen as though its Roald Dahl Day I thought I 'd have a crack at it. I opted for 'The Twits' because it's such a grotesque story and really fun to illustrate and I hope this come across.

The awkward moment when.....

Hello! so I'm still working on a narrative for these characters, I'm considering working more into the background of this drawing, but I kind of like it how it is, so I thought I'd post this version and the finished one, so you'll be able to compare the two.

The last of the international playboys.

This is a project I've been working on to raise awareness of endangered animals, the title comes from the Morrisey song under the same name and the idea was to make the image look like a painting from a dapper gentlemen's club. The ten shown are the ten most endangered animals.

Where have you been?

You may have noticed a lack of posts lately. I've been on a hunt for a new studio, which has meant a lot of my work is in boxes and I've been without a scanner. But enough with the excuses, here's some stuff I've been working on.
